4. Sep 18,  · When I heard that Angels Or Kings had got back together a year or three back, I was a happy little bunny. Their debut was a feast for sore ears and was well received by fans and critics alike, and thankfully sees them release their 2 nd album 'Go Ask The Moon'. A lot of bands suffer from 'second album syndrome', but not Angels Or Kings.

If ever there was an ’80s British AOR that were criminally ignored by record labels, then A.O.K. fitted that bill perfectly.

First appearing in the late eighties when they were simply known as A.O.K.; despite gigs with the likes of Dare and Danger Danger, the coveted record contract was unforthcoming and the Manchester-based outfit inevitably drifted apart.
